We’re more than happy to offer refunds where a product is found to be defective.

 

If you have received a product that is unsatisfactory, please contact us to let us know if you’d like a refund, product exchange, or replacement.

 

Refunds will only be issued upon successful return of the defective product.

If a product is deemed defective, The Alchemical Arts will also incur any additional shipping costs (at standard rates).

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis so please contact us and we will do what we can to work out the best solution for you.
